Where would treatment take place?
Grinfull is starting with care at NONE32 in Tijuana, Mexico. Patients should review the treating clinic, location, travel needs, and proposed plan before agreeing to a case. The Community Smile Fund remains exclusively for patients treated at NONE32, including when more clinics join.
Can I speak with the clinic before treatment?
A clinic conversation is part of the planned patient journey. A video call can help explain the treatment plan, travel, and next steps before a patient travels. The clinic and location should be clear before fundraising; the call can then confirm the details. Calls and appointments are not booked through this preview.
What happens if the treatment plan changes?
A requested treatment is a starting point, not a diagnosis. If the clinical assessment changes, the case is paused while the clinic prepares a revised plan and price. The patient reviews and accepts the new version before the case resumes. A funding gap does not automatically become a charge to the patient, and excess funding must be reconciled.
Do I need to contribute to ask for help?
No. Applying for help is free. Contributing or inviting friends never improves a patient's eligibility or priority. Giving is entirely optional, and sponsors' identities stay private to patients and other users.
Does the Android preview collect money?
No. Version 0.4.0 is an offline preview with fictional stories and local simulations. You can explore applications, clinic review, sponsorship, and plan changes without a payment. Real accounts, shared clinic access, online case publication, payments, travel, and treatment bookings are not connected.
